We deliver within the stated turnaround, with a report or files you can check. Revisions are included where listed.

After you pay

Your order, step by step

You can follow your order in your account. These are the stages you will see:

Status	What it means
Paid – awaiting brief	Payment received. Please complete your brief so we can start.
Brief received	We have everything we need and your order is queued.
In progress	Work has started. The turnaround clock is running.
Client review	Your delivery is ready to check. Request revisions if included.
Delivered	Final delivery sent: report, files or live URLs.
Completed	Order closed.

Shown on every package in working days. The clock starts when your brief is complete, not at payment.

Included where listed on the package. Revisions refine the agreed scope and do not add new deliverables.

Every order ends with proof: live URLs, an audit PDF, a change log or source files.

Do I need an account?

Yes. An account is created at checkout so you can complete your brief, follow your order and download files securely.

What if I do not complete my brief?

We send reminders. Work cannot start without it, and the turnaround starts when the brief is complete.
